So incredible! We loved the experience and really recommend to everyone who loves adventure and adrenaline. We think that it’s a little dangerous in some locations but we like this! We just don’t understand one thing: where’s the end of eigher run? In Grindelwald terminal? Or in the railway station to grindelwald? We didn’t understand and decided to go with sledge on the alpines traject, but it’s dangerous down the hill like this haha

Wegen Strassen-Sperrung nach Grindelwald nach Lauterbrunnen ausweichen. Die gewaltige Umstellung via Wengen hat die Bahn-Equipe mit Bravour gelöst. Auch die Rückfahrt via Wengen gleichermassen in Griff gehabt.

Étant donné la fermeture de la route vers Grindelwald suite aux intempéries de la nuit du 12 au 13 août , et donc l’accès à la Jungfraujoch via Lauterbrunnen et uniquement les 2 trains concernés, la souplesse et l’organisation des chemins de fer suisses nous a tout de même permis de faire cette activité sans aucun problème. C’est particulièrement magnifique au niveau des paysages et de leur mise en valeur et extrêmement bien organisé à l’intérieur du site ; le parcours d’information est très bien pensé et la visite de « la galerie des glaces »(c’est pas Versailles ici !!!) est sensationnelle. Bref une activité à recommander chaudement.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Jungfraujoch but wasted the reserved seat as we were apparently off by a few minutes. We were able to get on the train anyway as we were there early enough to avoid the crowds, which were horrendous by the time we left. Absolutely no place to sit down for a meal as the tours had monopolized the eating areas.

Well managed service to get up to HK. Very crowded on the funicular and at the top. Hard to appreciate the views and beauty as there are so many noisy people. And all of the wannabe influencers w/their photo shoots happening everywhere. There was an atmosphere that paralleled a Disney theme park. The views are vast and we did an hour-long hike that took us into the woods on a loop trail. That was nice, peaceful. Watching the para-gliders take off from across the valley and soar around so close to the panoramic restaraunt was cool too.

The Eiger Express from Grindelwald was an excellent experience. Had it been a nice day, no clouds or rain, I’m sure we would have had excellent views. Even with the gloomy weather, there were moments with a view. The next tram to the lookout station was crowded, no place to walk, other than the ice cavern sculptures (interesting), very expensive, and no view. I would not recommend that. Might have been different if I could have seen the sights.

Harder Kulm isn't made for people with disabilities and someone who is unable to walk well or is in a wheelchair won't be able to make it and enjoy this activity, unfortunately, which is a shame, since the view is amazing.

Great Experience. It was a beautiful scenery with a great view of both lakes Thun and Brienz. That being said, the queue was really long. I planed to go to the 15:10 funicular but ended up boarding at 15:30. And I had bought a ticket in advance! I highly recommend buying the tickets in advance, I bought mine literally 30min before through myswissalps and I skipped a lot of the queue in the ascent. That being said, for the descent, there was a big queue regardless. 17:10 turned to almost 18hs. So be patient and plan ahead!

Dieser Tag bleibt unvergessen.Alleswar perfekt. Die übermittelten Barcodes haben an den Eingangsstellen nicht funktioniert,aber die eifrigen Bahnmitarbeiter haben immer wieder schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.Bei der Rückfahrt hat ein Kontrolleur als einziger den Barcode mir seinem Lesegerät öffnen können. Bitte bei der Buchung immer auf Stornierung achten (schlechtes Wetter) .

Trotz großen Andrang am Wochenende lief alles relativ flüssig. Es wäre hilfreich für Anreisende mit Auto online Hinweise zu den Parkmöglichkeiten im Terminal und dem Postautoverkehr zur Firstbahn anzugeben. Auch vermisste ich im Terminal gute Anzeigen wo sich die Automaten für Parkgebühren befinden. Wir mussten lange suchen.

Das Personal im Restaurant Harder Kulm ist top. Beim überraschend aufziehenden Gewitter wurden die Tische kurz vor dem Starkregen (ca. 8Min) so zusammengestellt, dass niemand nass wurde, und die restlichen Tische wurden gesperrt. Man konnte das Mittagessen trotz starkem Regen und Wind geniessen. Die Gewitterstimmung war auch ein Erlebnis, und nach knapp einer halben Stunde schien wieder die Sonne. Absolut professionelle Reaktion welche auf Erfahrung hinweist.
