Digital scavenger hunt in Geneva

This scavenger hunt takes you on a roughly 5 km journey through Geneva, combining city exploration with puzzles and challenges. You'll discover well-known landmarks, hidden spots, and places with historical significance.

Along the way, you'll pass by the Jet d’eau, St. Peter’s Cathedral, and the Reformation Monument. The Musée d’Art et d’Histoire de Genève is also one of the sites you experience from the outside.

The app guides you from station to station using map navigation. At the start, you assign roles within your team and solve various tasks as you go. At the end, the high score reveals how well your team did.

• At the treasure hunt in Geneva, you all meet up as a group at Place da la Fusterie.
• The app will guide you to the first station.
• The game master starts the tour with the tickets.
• All players join through a QR code on the game master’s phone.
• Each player joins an available team and picks a role.
• The first task is a team photo and deciding a team name.
• When you’ve solved all the puzzles or finished the tour, the app will take you back to the starting point.
• You can find the photos afterwards in a private gallery.

• A ticket is required for pro players.
• Suitable for: wheelchair users, strollers
• The game can basically be played in the dark as well, but some inscriptions might be harder to read.
• Dogs (without a ticket) are welcome

• Minimum age: 8 years
• Smartphone with internet connection and the "myCityHunt" app download required.
• Players from the USA cannot download the app as it’s not available there, so this game is not suitable for residents of the USA.
• After booking, enter the provided code into the app to start the game.
• The code is valid for 3 years from the booking date.
