Digital scavenger hunt in Chur

This scavenger hunt takes you on a roughly 4 km journey through Chur, combining puzzles with an exploration of the city. You solve challenges as a team and follow the route to well-known landmarks, historic spots, and hidden corners.

Along the way, you’ll pass places like the Cathedral of St. Mary’s Assumption, Martin’s Church, and the Episcopal Palace. The Bündner Nature Museum and the Rätian Museum are also part of the tour, though only viewed from outside.

At the start, each player chooses a role. Then the app guides you from station to station using map navigation. At the end, a combined high score shows how your team did.

• At the scavenger hunt in Chur, you all meet up as a group at Bahnhofplatz.
• The app guides you to the first stop.
• The game master starts the tour with the tickets.
• All players join via a QR code on the game master's phone.
• Each player joins an available team and chooses a role.
• The first task is a team photo and a team name.
• After you’ve solved all the puzzles or finished the tour, the app takes you back to the starting point.
• You can find the photos afterwards in a private gallery.

• A ticket is required for pro players.
• Suitable for: wheelchair users, strollers
• The game can generally also be played in the dark, although some inscriptions may be harder to see.
• Dogs (without ticket) are welcome

• Minimum age: 8 years
• Requires a smartphone with internet connection and the "myCityHunt" app installed.
• Players from the USA cannot download the required app as it is not available in the USA. Therefore, this game is not suitable for residents of the USA.
• Enter the code you receive after booking into the app to start the game.
• The code is valid for 3 years from the booking date.
