You'll see historic cheese cellars from 1741, a 1900 fire wagon cheese dairy, and modern walk-through production facilities. You can observe fresh cheese making or even create your own Stöcklikäse. In addition to the restaurant, cheese specialty shop, demonstration bakery, and playground, the showcase also offers overnight stays in stylish barrel-shaped accommodations.
