You'll learn how master cheesemakers craft the cheese from high-quality raw milk. The tour leads you through historic buildings like the Küherstöckli and the Fire Wagon cheese dairy before reaching the modern walk-through production area and the impressive maturation cellar.
The highlight of the tour is a tasting of the authentic Emmental AOP.
