Description
You meet your yoga teacher at the Rigi valley station in Arth Goldau. Together you will drive up and hike to the mountain hut where you will spend two nights. This is also where the yoga classes will be held. The program includes the following key dates:
Day 1 - Friday:
- 15:30 Meeting in Arth Goldau with your yoga teacher
- 16:08 Train to the destination
- 17:00 Arrival at the mountain hut (30 min hike - not suitable for trolley)
- Yoga session before dinner (60 min)

DAY 2 - Saturday:
- Yoga session in the morning before breakfast (60 min)

- After breakfast you have some time to relax or explore the Rigi by hiking
- In the afternoon you regenerate in the private whirlpool of the organizer

DAY 3 - Sunday:
- Yoga morning session before breakfast (60 min)

- After breakfast you can check out and visit the local cheese cellar
- Individual departure or more hiking options before heading home

Swiss Activities Tip
For an easy hike on the Kulm, the Rigi Kulm ridge is suitable The path leads steadily downwards. Up to Klösterli, you will climb more than 400 meters in altitude. You will pass the Kulmhütte and the Obere Schwändihütte as well as Des Alpes. For the way you need about 1.15 hours. The best way to return is to take the cog railroad from Klösterli to Kulm.
