At the fresh cheese workshop, you'll get hands-on experience with the basics of cheese making in the historic Stöckli. A cheesemaker guides you clearly through each step of the process.
Together, you'll work with fresh milk to create your own fresh cheese heart. You can take your handmade fresh cheese heart home right after pressing. This workshop is perfect for the whole family, school groups, or team events.
Travelling with a wheelchair
- The fresh cheese making takes place in the basement of the Stöckli and is therefore not wheelchair accessible.
Practical Information
- The cream cheese can be kept for up to 3 days and should be stored in a cool place
- During summer transport, use a cooler bag if possible
- Store in the fridge at home
