During this activity you will gain insight into the journey of coffee from the plant to the cup. You will learn where coffee is grown and which steps in processing are decisive.
In direct comparison you will notice for yourself how different factors affect the quality and flavor. During a roasting demonstration you observe the roasting process and see how the beans change.
During a tasting you sample different coffees and assess their characteristics against fixed criteria. Finally you will see classic preparation methods and you can compare the differences in flavor for yourself.
