You’ll prepare Vietnamese street food over an open fire and enjoy an evening in the forest. Together with the group, you’ll chop fresh vegetables and herbs, mix batters, and prepare dips. On hot iron, you’ll cook crispy Banh Xeo pancakes and fill them as summer rolls with fresh ingredients.
While a fragrant Pho broth simmers in the pot, you’ll add wood and watch the aromas develop over the fire. Between cooking and eating, you’ll sit by the fire, taste the different dishes, and chat with others.

From the parking at the forest edge, you’ll walk about 15 minutes to the fire site.
