Description
You’ll prepare Vietnamese street food over an open fire and enjoy an evening in the forest. Together with the group, you’ll chop fresh vegetables and herbs, mix batters, and prepare dips. On hot iron, you’ll cook crispy Banh Xeo pancakes and fill them as summer rolls with fresh ingredients.
While a fragrant Pho broth simmers in the pot, you’ll add wood and watch the aromas develop over the fire. Between cooking and eating, you’ll sit by the fire, taste the different dishes, and chat with others.
Getting to the meeting point
The exact meeting point will be provided by the organizer after you book.
- If you’re arriving by car, there’s parking available at the edge of the forest.
- If you’re coming by public transport, you’ll be picked up at Stammheim station.
From the parking at the forest edge, you’ll walk about 15 minutes to the fire site.
Important Information
- The course runs from 4 people onwards.
- What to bring: Weather-appropriate clothing for the forest, a full water bottle, and (if you have one) a pocket knife for small cutting tasks while cooking.
