If you stay longer in the area of Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, it's worth visiting the St. Beatus Caves. Embark on an adventure on the mountain slopes of the region. The well-known stalactite caves are best explored on a guided tour. However, there is also the option to explore certain parts of the caves on your own.
On the move with a wheelchair
- The motor ship (MS) Interlaken is not wheelchair accessible.
- All other ships on Lake Brienz feature accessible main decks including wheelchair-friendly toilets.
- All docking stations are designed to be accessible.
Out and about with the dog
- Bringing small dogs up to 30 cm is free of charge if they remain in a transport container for the entire duration.
- Dogs without a container and all dogs over 30 cm shoulder height require a valid dog ticket at half the price of second class, but no more than CHF 10.00 (dog day pass)
- The dog day pass and the SBB dog GA are valid on all scheduled boat trips.
- Dogs are allowed both inside the ship and in the ship's restaurant.

Very nice boat with wonderful seating inside and out. Majestic aqua blue lake, cool breeze on the lake even though it was a hot day. Scenic views along the lake, stop to see the waterfalls! I would definitely recommend this boat tour.
