Das sehr gut bezieht sich aber auf die Beatushöhlen selbst und auf den Umgang des gesamten Teams mit "Reklamation". Ich hatte die Tour "Sagen und Legenden" online gebucht und bezahlt,was für Einzelpersonen eigentlich gar nicht möglich sein sollte. Man hat mir die Differenz aber ohne zu zögern, zurückerstattet,bzw.auf meinen Wunsch hin als Gutschrift für das Restaurant gegeben. Danke an Selin und Kolleginnen,die das Missverständnis so unkompliziert gelöst haben. Ich hatte mich auf die Führung gefreut,aber die Höhlen waren auch so ein Erlebnis 😊
