Description
This event offers an unforgettable experience for the whole team. You’ll start with a theoretical introduction to learn the techniques you should specifically apply when ice bathing.
This special natural setting (lake, river, stream, etc.) inspires you to gently and respectfully push your limits and discover new energy. Sharing the cold experience, practising the right breathing techniques, and being mindful together will connect you.
You’ll have an assistant available who supports the coach at all times (for example, answering questions during preparation, post-session follow-up, and assisting on-site as needed by the coach).
Conditions
- Event location is easily accessible by public transport and car
- Easy entry into the water
- Maximum water depth of 150 cm
- Theory and warm-up take place in a heated room within a 5-minute walk
Important Information
- Minimum age: 12 years
- Maximum age: 75 years (or prior doctor's visit)
- Please arrange the location with the provider after booking
