Wine Hiking Tours of the Côtes de l’Orbe Vineyards for Private Groups

You are embarking on a hike through the vineyards of Côtes de l’Orbe as a private group. An enotourism guide will lead you along paths through the vineyards and villages for about two hours. Every valley opens up to a village or a new viewpoint.

Your guide shares stories about the history of the vineyard and the families who built it. They also talk about their daily work, which follows the rhythm of the seasons.

At a family-run winery, you’ll take part in a wine tasting (costs not included). Fruit juice is offered for children.

The vineyards of the Côtes de l’Orbe are nestled between Orbe and Yverdon-les-Bains in the Vaud countryside. Rolling hills, fields, and small villages shape the scenery of this rural wine region.

The climate here is more continental than by the lake, featuring warm summers and cool nights. The main varieties grown are Pinot Noir, Gamay, and hardy white wines.
