Ticket for Blumenweg from Adelboden

The Flower Trail offers a family-friendly hike that guides you through the colourful Alpine flora between Sillerenbühl and Hahnenmoospass. You can conveniently start by bus from Adelboden Post or by cable car from Adelboden Oey.

The Flower Trail at VogellisiBerg is a well-maintained path. Along the way, you will discover numerous alpine flowers, which are vividly explained on informative signs. The route offers stunning views of the mountain scenery, plenty of rest spots, and exciting nature experiences.

The paths are wide, paved, and mostly gently sloping up or down, making the hike pleasant and easy to walk. The entire route is well signposted.

The trail can also be walked in reverse direction.

Starting from the Adelboden Post bus stop, you take the bus towards Geils. From there, the Geils-Hahnenmoos combined cable car takes you directly to the Hahnenmoos Pass.

The stations for both bus and cable car are:

• Adelboden Post (bus stop) 1353 m above sea level
• Geils (combined cable car stop) 1707 m above sea level
• Hahnenmoos Pass (1957 m above sea level)

Using the Silleren funicular – Sillerenbühl takes you from Adelboden-Oey to the intermediate station Bergläger. Here, you transfer to the bus to Geils. From Geils, you ride the combined cable car to the Hahnenmoospass.

The stations for the train and bus are:

• Oey (valley station cable car, Adelboden) 1260 m above sea level
• Bergläger (intermediate cable car station) 1488 m above sea level
• Geils (bus stop for combined cable car) 1707 m above sea level
• Hahnenmoospass (1957 m above sea level)

You take the cable car from Sillerenbühl via Bergläger to Silleren valley station in Adelboden-Oey.

You can also walk the flower path in reverse. In that case, start your hike in Sillerenbühl and take the combined cable car from Hahnenmoos. From Geils, you can catch the bus back to Adelboden. The bus stops at both the valley station Silleren and the post office in Adelboden.

If hiking has made you hungry, you can stop by the Geilsbrüggli restaurant in Geils. If you've taken the opposite route or want to eat something right at the start, there's also a restaurant in Sillerenbühl.

Dogs are allowed on the Adelboden-Lenk cable cars and ride for free. However, they must be kept on a leash.

• The route from Sillerenbühl to Hahnenmoos Pass is generally accessible with a wheelchair and strollers.
• However, an escort is strongly recommended on this route, as there may be short steeper sections.
