Sedrun is situated at 1450 m above sea level in the upper part of the Surselva in the canton of Graubünden. This charming mountain village is known as the western gateway to the Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis ski area and offers a variety of slopes, winter hiking trails, and cross-country ski tracks. Snowshoe hikes and ski tours also start directly in the village. In summer, numerous hiking and biking routes along the young Rhine source near Tschamut attract visitors. The Bogn Sedrun adventure pool offers relaxation all year round. Worth seeing is the nearby Oberalp Pass with the lighthouse, symbolically pointing towards the Rhine delta.
