Was soll ich sagen, 2h gefahren. Niemand da… 4h Reise - hat etwas mit dem System nicht funktioniert.. trotz Buchungsbestätigung.. Obacht mit den Buchungen… (Buchung im Juli)
Liebe Simone, Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung und bitte entschuldige die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass du deine Aktivität nicht wie geplant durchführen konntest. Aufgrund eines technischen Problems kam es leider zu einem Übermittlungsfehler bei der Buchung, weshalb der Guide nicht vor Ort war. Der Fehler wurde umgehend nach Bekanntwerden behoben. Uns ist bewusst, dass dies dein Buchungserlebnis nicht rückgängig machen kann, und dafür möchten wir uns nochmals aufrichtig entschuldigen.
