This tour is specially designed for families and children and therefore puts a special focus on fun and safety. What makes the Lütschine so family friendly is the easy to reach watering point directly at the lower part of the river.

You can expect a family-friendly, half-day rafting tour on the Lütschine in the Bernese Oberland!

Meeting point: Outdoor Interlaken office.

At the meeting point in Interlaken you will meet your guide and the rest of the participants. Alternatively you can be picked up at an agreed meeting point in the region.

Preparation: Equipment.

Your guide will give you and the other participants a short introduction and equip everyone with the appropriate equipment.

Directions: to the starting point.

Afterwards you will be driven to the starting point of the tour at the Lütschine.

Instruction: Training and safety.

Once at the starting point, the guide will give you a detailed introduction to rafting and safety measures.

Activity: Rafting.

You will go down the exciting stretch of the Lütschine with your group on an 8-person boat for about 45 minutes. Finally you will arrive at Lake Brienz where you can take a plunge into the refreshing water.

Return journey: Interlaken.

From the end point you will be driven back to Interlaken where you can enjoy a free drink. Afterwards you can leave individually or be driven back to your starting point

• Children must be accompanied by adults
• Maximum 3 children per adult person
• Swimming skills are recommended but not required
