Description
In this puzzle adventure, you and your team move independently through Winterthur. You receive clues via your smartphone, encounter exciting challenges, and explore the town's diverse sights.
The goal is to work together to crack the secret code and stop the criminal from causing a major fire. The route is open for you to choose.
The criminal’s message is:
- He wants to destroy the parks, green spaces, and urban squares that make Winterthur the Garden City.
- He has hidden metal spheres — high-tech fireballs — in the parks, gardens, and inner-city squares.
- Find the code to prevent the fireballs from exploding.
You start the timer, solve riddles at various locations as a team, and chat with the deranged criminal. You collaborate closely and solve each puzzle together.
Along the way, visit places like Lindengut Park, Rosengarten, and Rychenberg Park. The criminal sets his challenges for you there in the form of puzzles.
You may visit the puzzle locations in any order you like. Decide together on the quickest route and best strategy. The total distance is about 5 km. At the end, you assemble the collected puzzle pieces to find the solution.
Practical Information
- If you can't make it on the planned day or things don't go as expected, no worries! The game remains valid indefinitely as long as the venue is open. Just start your adventure on another day.
- The terrain includes 2 to 3 small climbs but is otherwise fairly flat.
