During the "Make Stöckli Cheese" experience, you’ll explore traditional cheese-making in the historic Stöckli barn dating back to 1741. Alongside a cheesemaker, you’ll manually process 200 litres of fresh raw milk into your own Stöckli cheese. This results in two round wheels weighing around eight kilograms each, carefully tended and stored at the show dairy.
For four months, experienced cellar masters take care of your cheese wheels to ensure the flavors develop perfectly. Once the aging is complete, your personally made cheese is portioned, vacuum-sealed, and sent directly to your home.
This experience is ideal for groups wanting an active insight into cheesemaking craftsmanship and a tasty souvenir.
