Dallenwil is nestled scenically in the Engelberg Valley in the canton of Nidwalden. You can reach the pilgrimage and hiking area Niederrickenbach on the mountain slope below the Musenalp rocks by cable car. Cable cars also run to Wirzweli and Wiesenberg.
