"Summer Kitchen with Laz" Cooking Class in Zurich

In the "Summer Kitchen with Laz" cooking class, you’ll get to know the aromatic and healthy summer cuisine. Together with other participants, you’ll prepare dishes as a group, guided directly by a Greek professional chef.

The following dishes will be prepared together:

• Stuffed zucchini flowers in beer batter with a flavorful cheese and herb filling
• Braised chickpeas with sun-ripened tomatoes and tender eggplants
• Gnocchi with a refreshing pea and mint filling
• Creamy bean hummus accompanied by a refreshing tabbouleh salad
• Green asparagus topped with a tempting saffron hollandaise foam and a perfectly poached egg
• Summer couscous salad featuring a blend of sweet strawberries, crisp asparagus, and aromatic portobello mushrooms
• Decadent cherry cake served with refreshing yogurt ice cream

You’ll use seasonal ingredients and then share the dishes you prepared as a group.
