Arth-Goldau
Arth is located in a valley between the Rigi and the Zugerberg very idyllic. Therefore, the place attracts numerous hiking enthusiasts. However, the municipality of Arth also includes the villages of Oberarth and Goldau. Via Arth-Goldau, the Rigi can be reached on foot or comfortably by rack railroad. Arth is located directly on the southern shore of Lake Zug. The Zugersee invites in summer for boat trips and swimming. In Goldau there is a scientifically managed nature and animal park. It was founded at the beginning of the 19th century after a landslide. A special attraction is a platform at the bear and wolf enclosure.
