Winter LoveTrail at Vogellisi Mountain

You take the Sillerenbahn for about 25 minutes to Sillerenbühl.

On the winter-themed LoveTrail between Sillerenbühl and Geils, you enjoy an easy panoramic hike in Adelboden. Along the way, you’ll find eight themed stations centred around the theme of love.

You stroll through the snow-covered mountain landscape, pause, and breathe in the crisp winter air. A special highlight is the LoveNest with its romantic swing and view of the Alps.

At the end of the trail, a large wooden heart awaits as a popular photo spot. The circular route invites you to experience winter with all your senses and to be enchanted by the mountain atmosphere.

From Geils, you take the bus to Bergläger, where you board the train back to Adelboden-Oey.

The Silleren Cable Car - Sillerenbühl (Silleren Gondola) runs from Adelboden-Oey via the intermediate stop Bergläger to the upper station at Sillerenbühl. The entire journey takes about 25 minutes.

The stops on the line are:

• Oey (valley station, Adelboden) at 1260 m above sea level
• Bergläger (intermediate stop) at 1488 m above sea level
• Sillerenbühl (mountain station) at 1974 m above sea level

The winter bus from Geils to Adelboden runs several times a day and is coordinated with the operating hours of hiking trails and mountain lifts.

Bus 31.234 stops:

• The Winter Love Trail is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with prams.
• The path mostly follows a groomed but narrow and sometimes steep winter hiking trail, which is too challenging for wheels and non-suspended equipment.
• Especially the downhill section, along with snow cover and icy spots, makes it impossible to navigate with a wheelchair or pram.

Dogs are allowed on the Adelboden-Lenk mountain railways and travel free of charge. However, dogs must be kept on a leash.
