Ticket for the Blumenweg on VogellisiBerg in Adelboden

You step into a sea of blossoms and discover the flora and fauna on the gentle, scenic hike along the flower trail at VogellisiBerg. Every flower along the path is labelled with detailed information and a photo, so you can identify all the plants by their proper names.

You can start conveniently by bus from Adelboden Post or by gondola from Adelboden Oey. The hike begins at the Hahnenmoss station on VogellisiBerg. There, you receive an introduction to the route and its special features. During the hike, take your time to admire the vibrant colours. You’ll learn more about the plants' characteristics, habitats, and uses.

The trail is easy to manage with gentle inclines. Along the way, you’ll find plenty of spots to pause and enjoy the stunning panorama. The flower trail ends at the Sillerenbühl mountain railway station. From here, you can continue exploring or relax at the mountain restaurant.

You can also hike the route in the opposite direction. In that case, start the hike at Sillerenbühl and take the combo lift up to Hahnenmoos. From Geils, you can catch the bus back to Adelboden. The bus stops in Adelboden at both the valley station Silleren and the post office.

From the Adelboden Post bus stop, take the bus towards Geils. From there, the Geils-Hahnenmoos combination railway will take you directly to the Hahnenmoospass.

The stops for the bus and train are:

• Geils (combination railway stop) 1707 m above sea level
• Hahnenmoospass (1957 m above sea level)

With the Silleren cable car – Sillerenbühl, you travel from Adelboden-Oey to the intermediate station Bergläger. Here, you change to the bus heading to Geils. From Geils, you continue on the combined railway to Hahnenmoospass.

The stations of the train and bus are:

• Oey (valley station cable car, Adelboden) 1260 m above sea level
• Bergläger (intermediate station cable car) 1488 m above sea level
• Geils (stop combined railway) 1707 m above sea level
• Hahnenmoospass (1957 m above sea level)

You take the mountain railway from Sillerenbühl via Bergläger to the Silleren valley station in Adelboden Oey.

If hiking has worked up your appetite, you can stop by the Geilsbrüggli restaurant in Geils. If you took the reverse route or want to eat right at the start, there is also a restaurant in Sillerenbühl.

Dogs are allowed on the Adelboden-Lenk mountain railways and travel free of charge. However, dogs must be kept on a leash.

• The route from Sillerenbühl to Hahnenmoos Pass is generally accessible with a wheelchair and stroller.
• However, it is strongly recommended to have someone accompany you on this path, as there may be some short, steeper sections.
