Description
Board the Sillerenbahn for about a 30-minute ride up to Sillerenbühl. You’ll collect your sled at the mountain station of the cable car, where the sledding run begins.
From there, you’ll race down to the middle station Bergläger over a thrilling five kilometres. The snow-covered sledding run is equally suitable for children and adults.
At the end, return your sled at either the middle or valley station of the Sillerenbahn.
Mountain Railway Stations
The Sillerenbahn cable car runs from Adelboden-Oey via the intermediate station Bergläger up to the mountain station Sillerenbühl. The total journey time is roughly 30 minutes.
The cable car stations are:
- Oey (valley station, Adelboden) 1260 m above sea level
- Bergläger (intermediate station) 1488 m above sea level
- Sillerenbühl (mountain station) 1974 m above sea level
Important Information
- Check the timetable on your travel day to avoid missing the last departure of the cable car from Bergläger
- The day ticket and sled rental are valid from 11:00 AM
