I don’t know who was responsible, but we booked the Chernobyl VR game through Swiss Activities. However, the voucher (if you can call it that) only had the address and nothing else. Somehow, by luck, we found the correct entrance, and the instructions for the game were pretty meh. It took us about 10 minutes to really understand what we were supposed to do in the game. She did explain how to grab and move around, but not really what the game was about.
