Zermatt Shuttle
Zermatt is car-free. Visitors park their cars in Täsch and reach Zermatt conveniently with the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn shuttle.
Timetable Every day between 5:55 AM and 9:55 PM, the shuttle runs every 20 minutes. In the evening, it continues to run hourly until 12:30 AM or 1:00 AM. On weekends, the shuttle operates all night.
When you book a round-trip ticket, you can only use it on one day. If you want to travel back on a different day, please buy two separate tickets.
Practical Information:
- General subscription and Swiss Travel Pass are valid. In this case, you don't need a ticket.
- Suitable for: wheelchairs and strollers. The shuttle is equipped with low-floor vehicles that allow for independent boarding and alighting.
- Dogs under 30 cm at the shoulder travel for free in a container; otherwise, a half ticket for 2nd class is required.

Train cancellation due to derailment. It would have been helpful to inform customers so we could have prepared right before arrival and arranged a taxi.
