Description
On the Bernina-Bergell helicopter sightseeing flight, you take off from Samedan heading towards the high Alps. You first fly into the glacier world of the Bernina massif, quickly gaining altitude. Below you, glaciers, valleys, and distinctive peaks stretch out.
The route leads you over the Morteratsch Glacier and onwards to Piz Palü with its striking summit group. You get especially close to Piz Bernina and the elegant Biancograt ridge. Then you continue into Val Fex and to the Forno Glacier, where ice fields alternate with rock formations.
Next, you reach the granite landscape of Albigna and Val Bondasca with its famous granite towers. The views of Piz Badile and the steep walls of the Bergell are sure to stay with you. On the return flight, you glide over the lake landscape of Upper Engadin. The shimmering blue lakes and surrounding mountain scenery perfectly round off your thirty-minute flight experience.
