After a short hike (about 35 minutes), you arrive at a traditional cheese dairy in Gstaad or Rougemont. Here you see how mountain cheese is produced using old methods. You learn what steps are necessary to turn milk into cheese.
The visit showcases the life and culture of the people in the Alps. During your stay, you are surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. Optionally, you can taste different cheeses and compare their flavours. Afterwards, you can either walk back or go on additional hikes with the guide.
