"My Ambassadeur Chocolates" Workshop Maison Cailler

In the "My Ambassador Chocolates" workshop, you'll create your own selection of delicious chocolates under expert guidance. Cailler's chocolatiers will share their secrets about properly tempering dark, milk, and white chocolate—a technique that gives the perfect glossy finish and a delicate melt inside. In an intimate group of up to 14 people, you'll experience this creative process firsthand. At the end, you'll take home not only your handmade chocolates but also a diploma, recipes, and an authentic Cailler apron.

You can easily combine a stay in Broc with friends or family by visiting the Electrobroc power plant. It’s possible to tour it while it’s in operation. The information centre is located right in the middle of a working hydroelectric plant.
