"My dear Marguerite" Workshop at Maison Cailler

In the chocolate studio My dear Marguerite, you create your own 2D chocolate cow at Maison Cailler. You decorate and pour your personal chocolate creation.

While the chocolate sets, you get to know the art of tempering. This step is crucial in chocolate making.

At the end, you take home your finished chocolate and the mould you used. You can use the mould later to make more chocolate animals.

• Entry to the chocolate workshop is not allowed with a baby carrier or stroller
