Traveling with wheelchair, stroller, dog
- Pets are not allowed (except for assistance and guide dogs with proof)
- Strollers are generally allowed in the MAAG Light Hall. During busy times, there are designated parking areas.
- Wheelchair: The exhibition is fully accessible for people with limited mobility. Two designated parking spots are located right in front of the MAAG Light Hall.

- Welti Furrer Pfingstweid parking garage (276 parking spaces)
- Food and drinks available at Bistro Lichthalle or Bistro k2
- Prohibited items include food, computers, professional cameras and recording devices, selfie sticks, sprays, weapons, and bags larger than A4 size
