• half price of 2nd class over 30 cm shoulder height, even if you booked 1st class as a guest

Wheelchair:

• Boats are wheelchair accessible for "normal-sized" wheelchairs, but only on the main deck (upper deck accessible only via stairs)
• Width of passenger bridges at all large dockings, at smaller docks, wide (electric) wheelchairs may not pass.

Strollers:

• Can stay on the main deck if you want to visit the upper deck

• With first-class tickets, restaurant areas on the main deck and the upper deck are accessible at any time
• With second-class tickets, the restaurant area is only accessible during meal times
