Description
You take the cable car from Beckenried up to Klewenalp. The cabin holds up to 70 people. It climbs 1150 meters in 10 minutes. From Klewenalp, you can hike along several trails. Along the way, you'll find fire pits where you can take a break.
For climbing, the Ergglen Klewenalp climbing park and the Ergglen Klewenalp via ferrata are great options.

- Valley Station: Beckenried (on Lake Lucerne, 450 m above sea level)
- Mountain Station: Klewenalp (1600 m above sea level)

Swiss Activities Tip
The climbing garden Ergglen Klewenalp is family-friendly. You can reach it after a 30-minute walk behind the Ergglen lift on Klewenalp. You'll find numerous well-secured routes ranging from easy (4a) to difficult (7a). The climbing garden is not supervised, and you have to bring your own equipment.
