Ab Lauterbrunnen: Ticket Jungfraujoch including seat reservation

From Lauterbrunnen you travel via Wengen and Kleine Scheidegg to Jungfraujoch. The cogwheel train takes you from Lauterbrunnen station through Wengen to Kleine Scheidegg.

Along the way, you pass the racecourse of the world-famous Lauberhorn ski race. The journey with the Wengernalpbahn is one of the most beautiful train experiences in the area. At Eismeer station, a short stop is made. Here you can admire and photograph the impressive glacier through a large panoramic window.

A roughly 45-minute walk takes you from Jungfraujoch between March and October over the glacier to Mönchsjochhütte, located at 3,657 m above sea level. The trail is well signposted and prepared. This easy hike is also suitable for children. Wear good shoes, and nothing will stand in the way of your adventure into the Swiss mountain scenery.

With wheelchair or stroller, transport upon arrival via Kleine Scheidegg by Jungfrau Railways cannot always be guaranteed.

In these cases, it is better to plan the departure from Grindelwald Terminal via Eigergletscher.

Groups of three or more wheelchairs should inform the station staff about their journey at the departure station. This allows any necessary assistance to be organised.

Jungfraujoch itself is suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. Access to the Ice Palace is equipped with a wheelchair-friendly escalator lift.

• Arrive at Lauterbrunnen station (mountain ascent) and Jungfraujoch station (descent) at least 10 minutes before your reserved time. The timing is binding. If you're late, there’s a chance you might not be able to board.
