Hermann Hesse Museum Montagnola

The Hermann Hesse Museum is located in Torre Camuzzi in Montagnola, Ticino. The permanent exhibition features watercolours, letters, documents, and personal belongings of the writer. The museum focuses on Hesse's final decades living in Ticino and his work as an author and painter. The Collina d’Oro surroundings overlooking Lake Lugano inspired many of his later works.
