Description
You start with a tasting of three Swiss cheeses: Gruyère, Vaud-style Tomme, and Tête de Moine. You scrape the Tête de Moine with a girolle into fine rosettes directly from the cheese wheel.
Next, you visit a brewery with a special atmosphere and regional specialties. Here, you try a creative variation of "Papet Vaudois" paired with a glass of red wine. You also enjoy a "Malakoff," a regional cheese specialty.
The third venue is the traditional Besson inn. Here, you share a classic half-half fondue with other guests. A well-chilled glass of Chasselas accompanies it.
Finally, you pick up some fine Swiss chocolate from Blondel. Blondel has been a renowned master chocolatier since 1850.
The tour begins at Place de la Palud and ends at Place St-François. It lasts about 3 hours.

- A vegetarian option replaces the Vaudois papet with two Malakoffs (please inform the provider directly after booking)
