For anyone staying briefly in Zurich or wanting to casually try out different gyms, there’s now the easy-to-use Zurich Fitness Pass. You don’t need a membership for this. Offering hundreds of classes (like spinning, yoga, boxing, Pilates, etc.) to choose from and access to various fitness studios, the pass lets you train according to your schedule and fitness level. You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the class starts free of charge, and there are no membership fees.
Once you buy your Fitness Pass, you’ll receive a unique pass number by email. The confirmation email also contains a link where you can book your entry into the gym of your choice or reserve your class. Optionally, you can also download the app to manage your pass.
Studios include, for example, Luxor, City Pilates, Lucky Punch, Yoga in a Bag, Groove by B, or Elevate Studio.
Practical information:
On the Schanzengraben in Zurich, you'll find the ‘Balboa Bar & Gym’ – one of the trendiest studios in the city. Even if you don't work out here, it's worth a visit: the smoothies, bowls, shakes, and more are absolutely delicious! Afterwards, you can digest your treat with a leisurely stroll along the Schanzengraben towards Lake Zurich.
