Ticket for the «TECHNO» Exhibition at the Swiss National Museum

The exhibition "TECHNO" at the Landesmuseum in Zurich showcases the history and development of electronic music in Switzerland. It highlights the rise of techno culture from the 1980s to the present day.

In a staged record shop, you'll become part of this musical history. You'll experience the evolution of electronic sound through various interactive video and audio installations.

Techno culture encompasses music, fashion, graphics, design, and dance—and the Zurich Street Parade turns techno into a vibrant tradition in Switzerland. The exhibition shines a light on a culture that continues to captivate millions of people around the world today.

The library of the Landesmuseum Zurich is open to the public and can be used for free, regardless of museum admission. It offers 85,000 books and 700 periodicals, as well as attractive workspaces with views of the Limmat and Platzspitz Park. The library is open from Tuesday to Friday.

• The exhibition rooms have at least 1.20 m wide passages
• Two wheelchairs can be reserved free of charge with prior notice
• The museum offers a special wheelchair (SCEWO) that combines driving on two wheels, climbing stairs, and various seating functions into one device. This can be booked for your visit, with trained attendants explaining the functions of the wheelchair and accompanying the tour.

• Dogs are not allowed inside the museum (except for guide dogs).

• This ticket also gives you access to all other exhibitions at the Swiss National Museum
• You can use this ticket for 14 days at the other museums of the Swiss National Museum (Forum Swiss History Schwyz and Château de Prangins).
