Description
On this e-bike tour in the Jungfrau region, you start in Interlaken and cycle up into the peaceful valley of Habkern. On rarely trafficked mountain roads and trails, you’ll enjoy expansive views of Lake Thun, Lake Brienz, and the peaks of the Jungfrau massif. After a scenic ride, you’ll briefly dismount to follow a short alpine path and visit a family-run cheese farm.
There, you’ll learn about the production of alpine cheese and enjoy a tasting of products straight from the farm. The atmosphere in the remote farming and alpine valley of Habkern gives you a glimpse of one of the most authentic sides of the Jungfrau region. On the way back, you can relax as you roll downhill, soaking in the sights of lakes, forests, and mountain villages once more.
The tour is about 15 km long.
