Description
Your bus journey starts in Zurich and takes you through the Bernese Oberland to Interlaken. From here, you continue to Lauterbrunnen and then take the cable car to the Schilthorn. The Schilthorn is also famous for the revolving restaurant Piz Gloria from the James Bond film "On Her Majesty’s Secret Service".
At the Schilthorn, you will visit the James Bond exhibition, the observation deck, and the Thrill Walk at the mid-station Birg. Afterwards, you will have free time in Interlaken.
Swiss activities tip
The Piz Gloria revolving restaurant rotates in two rings and has more than 400 seats. It was built for the James Bond film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service." The view on one side overlooks the majestic Alps with Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks. On the other side, you see Lake Thun and the romantic Swiss Midlands. One rotation takes 45 minutes.
