Day Pass Winter Hiking Dream Betelberg

You take the cable car for about 20 minutes to the Leiterli mountain station on Betelberg. From the mountain station, you can reach Betelberg's highest point in just a few minutes. From here, you'll enjoy a stunning 360° panoramic view of the snow-covered Bernese Alps.

The circular route leads you gently downhill towards Steinstoss. In winter, this is the turning point of the loop. You then turn left and hike into the Agematte area, following the southern slope of Leiterli.

Here, you can peacefully enjoy the vast winter landscape. This area is away from cross-country trails, ski, and toboggan runs. From Agematte, you can return to the mountain station in no time.

As a reward for completing the hike, visiting the wonderful sunny terrace of the mountain restaurant at the station is highly recommended.

If you're up for more walking, you can take the winter hiking path down to the Stoss mid-station (an additional 50 minutes).

Dogs are allowed on the Adelboden-Lenk mountain railways and can travel free of charge. However, they must be kept on a leash.

• The winter hiking trails open from 10:00 am
