Aletsch Arena Ticket Explorer Pass

This day ticket grants you free travel within the Aletsch Arena. The family-friendly Aletsch Arena is located in Valais near the famous Aletsch Glacier. At 20 km, it is the longest glacier in the Alps, stretching from Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau down into Valais.

The three car-free Swiss Alps resorts—Bettmeralp, Riederalp, and Fiescheralp—offer you an idyllic escape and stunning views into the valley.

Viewpoints:

• Eggishorn: the highest viewpoint at 2869 m above sea level. Accessible from Fiesch via Fiescheralp.
• Bettmerhorn: at an altitude of 2647 m above sea level, this viewpoint offers a cozy spot to admire the glacier from the panorama restaurant. It is wheelchair accessible and ideal for strollers and wheelchair users.
• Hohfluh: at an altitude of 2227 m above sea level, providing a view of the impressive curves of the glacier.
• Moosfluh: at 2333 m above sea level, offering a view of the Aletsch Glacier.

Mountain railway routes:

• From Fiesch to Fiescheralp and Eggishorn.
• From Betten to Bettmeralp and Bettmerhorn.
• From Mörel to Riederalp (including trips to Hohfluh and Moosfluh viewpoints).

Additional installations:

• Wurzenbord cable car: during winter, a mountain trip can be taken from Bettmeralp with a cable car to Wurzenbord.
• Riederalp West cable car - Hohfluh.
• Riederalp Middle cable car - Moosfluh.
• Mörel-Betten and valley station-Fiesch-Fürgangen train routes: in the valley, trains cover routes quickly.

• Goms-Bridge suspension bridge - open year-round
• Belalp-Riederalp suspension bridge - open until the end of October
• Aspi-Titter suspension bridge - open until October
• Bodmer small suspension bridge - open until October
• Masse small suspension bridge

The Aletsch Arena is a protected area and UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the "Pro Natura" information centre in Brig, you can learn everything about the organisation and book exhibitions, courses, and excursions.

• Please check the schedules on the Aletsch Arena website before your travel day and ensure that the trains you wish to use are running. Maintenance works occur alternately. The activity cannot be canceled afterward if you couldn't use it due to maintenance.
