Description
The trip takes you from Unteraegerii to Morgarten across Lake Aegerisee, passing picturesque shores. During the journey, enjoy the fresh lake air and the panorama of the Central Swiss Alps.
Along the way, you'll find numerous photo opportunities. In Morgarten, gain interesting insights into the region’s history. A themed trail explains the events of the famous 1315 battle.

Practical information:
- From the bus stop “Unteraegerii, Seefeld”, it’s a 300 m walk to the Unteraegerii pier.
- Buses depart from Zug station, Sattel, or Rothenthurm.
Traveling with wheelchair or stroller
- The boats of the Aegerisee fleet are partially wheelchair accessible. Hand-pavalion chairs are allowed. Not all stops are suitable for wheelchair boarding.
- It’s recommended to notify the Aegerisee fleet in advance so that boarding and onboard stay can be well organised.
- Strollers can be taken aboard easily, as the boats have suitable entry and movement options.
Traveling with a dog
- Small dogs up to 30 cm shoulder height can travel free of charge in a suitable container (e.g., basket or bag).
- Larger dogs require a dog ticket, daily dog pass, or dog permit, and must be on a leash, possibly with a muzzle.
- Guide and assistance dogs for the blind travel free of charge and without a muzzle requirement.

- Check the timetable on the travel day via the SBB website or app. Tickets are non-refundable if you miss the last boat.
