Description
The wine hike in Salgesch takes you on an approximately 8 km route through the vineyards around the winemaker village. Starting at the train station, the path gradually climbs towards Upper Valais until you reach the Mengis Suone.
After that, you follow the flat Suonen trail above Salgesch, offering impressive views over the Rhône Valley. A gentle descent then leads you back to the village centre.
The hike concludes at the museum square in Salgesch, where the event wraps up with a friendly gathering.
