Starting from Zurich, you travel south by bus with a guide. Along the way, you'll learn engaging and informative facts about Switzerland's history and diverse traditions.
The first stop is in the charming Lucerne. A brief orientation tour introduces you to the main sights. Afterwards, you can explore the city on foot independently. Then, you continue your journey to the picturesque Alpine village of Engelberg.
From Engelberg, the state-of-the-art Titlis Xpress cable car takes you up to the summit of this striking mountain. There, you'll enjoy an incredible view of Switzerland's world-famous Alpine panorama.
The unique rotating Titlis cable car (called Rotair) offers a view of deep glacier crevasses, snow-covered peaks, and distant mountain ranges. Inside the glacier cave, you get even closer to the eternal ice. With the Ice Flyer chairlift, you reach the glacier park, where more adventurous activities await. For example, the highest suspended bridge in Europe, known as the Cliff Walk.
After all these alpine adventures, you return to Zurich by bus late in the afternoon.
Practical Information:
If you spend even more time in Zurich, you'll likely explore the city itself as well. A visit to the Grossmünster is highly rewarding. Many people don't know, however, that you can also climb one of the two towers of this impressive church. Ascend via a narrow spiral staircase to the top and enjoy the unique view over the city.

The tour was very well organised and our guides Eva and Angela were extremely helpful. Only one suggestion: the tags can be made more sturdy for better identification.
