Description
The helicopter takes off from the airfield in Buttwil. It flies with you over Lucerne towards Central Switzerland. The route goes over the Brünig Pass to Rosenlaui and to the Grosse Scheidegg, continuing further into the high Alps.
At Unterrothorn, you land on the glacier at about 3100 m above sea level. After a flight over Zermatt with a view of the iconic Matterhorn, the journey continues to Weisshorn, Bietschhorn, Lang Glacier, Breithorn and Ebnefluh. You then fly back to Buttwil via the Lauberhorn and the Brienzer Rothorn.
There are two helicopters to choose from:
- “Bell 206” for 3-4 people (flight time approx. 120 min)
- “Bell 407” for 5-6 people (flight time approx. 90 min)
