Bernina Pass Quad Tour private from Pontresina

Driving a quad bike over snowy paths is not easy, but it is a lot of fun. On this activity you will get a short introduction from your instructor and a driving training in Pontresina. Afterwards you will discover the beautiful Bernina Pass by vehicle. You will get beautiful views of the Lago Bianco and the Morteratsch glacier.

In Pontresina you will meet your instructor at 10:30 or at 14:00 and receive your vehicle. First you will receive a driver briefing from your guide with safety instructions about general driving techniques and driving on snow. Afterwards you can practice these techniques. After you feel safe on the vehicle, the actual activity starts. Together with your guide you will drive up to the Bernina Pass on a quad bike. The ride will take you past the beautiful Lago Bianco and you can expect unique views of the Morteratsch glacier. In addition, deep gorges and rugged rock monuments come closer and closer.

At the top you will have a short break, where you can warm up again with a warm drink. After the break, the trip goes back to Pontresina. There you say goodbye to your guide and return the vehicle.

When you return tired to Pontresina in the evening, a visit to the restaurant in the Hotel Palü is worthwhile. In the Grill Lounge Crap da Fö, you will be offered great grilled dishes from the wood grill. You can enjoy them together with local side dishes and classics from the Engadine cuisine. It's the perfect place to indulge in culinary delights and relax.
