Winter Ticket Pilatus with Cable Car and Aerial Ropeway from/to Kriens

Begin your journey at the Kriens valley station and enjoy the 30-minute ride on the panoramic cable car from Kriens to Fräkmüntegg. In winter, tobogganing and snowshoeing trails lead from Fräkmüntegg down to Krienseregg. The rental station is located at the valley station in Kriens.

At Fräkmüntegg, you board the "Dragon Ride" cable car and reach the Pilatus Kulm summit at 2132 m above sea level in 5 minutes. At the top of Lucerne’s icon, you can enjoy the spectacular 360-degree view or discover the Dragon World with interactive games about the legends of Pilatus.

On Krienseregg, Fräkmüntegg, and Pilatus Kulm, you can taste local specialties at one of the restaurants before taking the cable car back down to Kriens.

• It takes place in almost all weather conditions, so dress accordingly.
• Infants participate free of charge (age 0 - 5.99 years).
• The ascent and descent are made by cable car from/to Kriens.
• Transport to the start and end points is not included.

• Small dogs up to 30 cm in height can be taken free of charge on the Pilatus Railway. However, they must stay in a transport container for the entire journey. You need to slide this under your seat.
• Dogs without a container and all dogs taller than 30 cm at the shoulder require their own dog ticket for the Pilatus Railway.
